The host Sunita is very hospitable and friendly when she is there. This is a budget hotel so do not expect much but for a budget hotel I would say it is good value for money. The staff is helpful and willing to oblige for requirements and are quick in response. The hotel is right next to a main road and so if you are sensitive to noise then don't take the road facing room. I enjoyed my room on the first floor, it was quiet at night and in the mornings.

The place and hosts turned out absolutely superb, making it the best of all the seven stays on my one month itinerary. Nice quiet neighborhood not far from the bus stand and public transport routes, comfortable and very clean room, shared kitchen with a fridge and a gas stove on the top floor... location is great and in the middle of north of goa. it has not any breakfast but edward give us everthing for preparing breakfast. whatever we need he gives us as soon as possible. The rooms are so clean and it has everything that we need. he gives us fresh towels evereyday and he cleans the room. if i want to describe in one word : fantastic stay

Absolutely perfect. I was suppose to stay 10 days I over stay around 10 days more! The all team is so friendly and chill everything is made to make you feel good and comfortable. The design of the hotel is superb, but my favourite was the exceptional restaurant on site. Amazing garden with a nice walk to the beach, but also a great starting point for short trips around.

It was our first time in Goa and we’re sure we’ll be back. Glen made sure we had the best stay during our 6 days there, he arranged a taxi to take us to all the spots in Goa, he helped us get a SIM card at the best price, he can arrange rental bikes if you need. He and his team really go beyond to make you feel taken care of. The location of the villa is also exceptional, you walk 3 min to the beach and all the shacks or 3 min on the other side and you’re on a Main Street with plenty of restaurants and bars. Overall, great property, great team, great location and great value for money.
