We thoroughly enjoyed the location, the comfort of the rooms, and especially the staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. We got to see much of Mumbai by foot from here and enjoyed coming back to a clean room.

The hotel was very quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff were exceptionally friendly — I would definitely stay here again. I had read a review mentioning that the hotel is located next to a fish market, but during my stay, I found that this was not true at all

The staff are excellent. Nothing is a problem. Some of the best people I have met. The hotel is close to Coloba , Crawford market, and CMST is only 700 meters. I think Relax Hotel is very accomadating and value for money.
