location is great and in the middle of north of goa. it has not any breakfast but edward give us everthing for preparing breakfast. whatever we need he gives us as soon as possible. The rooms are so clean and it has everything that we need. he gives us fresh towels evereyday and he cleans the room. if i want to describe in one word : fantastic stay

The bed was super comfortable! The room was clean and affordable and the owners are really nice people! Location is good, close to some nice restaurants and the beach! I would highly recommend staying here!

Very cozy and calm. Homely atmosphere. Green and well-kept garden-yard. Hospitable family. The friendly and smiling manager Manirul will always help at any time of the day or night.
