Guest Houses in Palolem

I visited this place with my family and I loved it. The location, proximity to beach is good. Lot of eateries nearby and the best thing about the place is Mir sir who is the caretaker here. Awesome smart guy, very helpful and very cooperative. There is a restaurant right in front of this place which provides baby food like khichdi, suji halwa and North indian food. Thanks Mir bhai for making our stay pleasant.

Rocket Café and Stay should change it’s name to Paradise Getaways. HAHA. Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the professional and warm welcome of the reception desk staff Madam Gotami. I happen to arrive a little on the early side, but the property was more than accommodating, and graciously allowed me to check in early. The check in process took less than 3 minutes before I was escorted to my lodgings. WOW, Wow, Wow. Now, I should say I’m an international traveler, and this place just blew me away. The combination of the green grass against the beige wood, gave a warm and welcoming earthy feel. The rooms are plush. If you’ve ever been to New England, Vermont, or New Hampshire, you will swear you are staying in a log cabin in one of those states. One can really get a sense for the meticulous planning that went into constructing and designing these rooms. There was the international outlets, the refrigerator, fan & AC combo, the smart tv, and the bathroom was unbelievably large… Why, one could have a party in there it was so big. I loved spending time in the designated tree swing outside my room. Stay in it felt like shaving off years, and returning to my more youthful days. Big shout out to the housekeepers, a team of 3 who made sure my room looked and felt sparkling clean. The staff here is exceptional. They always had a smile and were willing to go the distance to provide guests with any comfort. No doubt my trip wouldn’t have been as magical as it was were it not for Vishu Clemente Fernandez. He kindly informed me of the boat rides available to feed the nearby hawks. Informing me of the price in advance allowed me to get a good price instead of the “foreigners price.” On another occasion he shared with me a secret to capture the perfect sunset. In the mornings and evenings when our paths crossed, he always had a smile a few pleasant words to exchange. When it came time to check out, he was waiting to see me off.

Two minute walk to the beach in a quiet street (unlike the noisy places on the beach which have music blaring until late!). Very comfortable and clean room. The owners are lovely and very helpful - I felt very welcome.

Me and my wife Natalia mostly live in Los Angeles and we are very selective about our stay when we travel. Regarding our visit to entire Goa for South side We decided to stay in this property before shifting to another part of South Goa because of its location and ambience it’s like home away from home. You will get everything you want to make your stay comfortable. I’m thankful to to Ms. Gul (from owner side) she helped me lot regarding many issue including transportation which make our stay better in Palolem . The caretaker Rupesh was very helpful and expert to tackle all your needs. They don’t offer in-house restaurant but all best restaurants are close to this property and moreover they have an arrangement with a nearby restaurant from where you can order your food if you like. Both me and my wife had an wonderful stay in this property. It’s more close to the scenic side of Palolem beach….you can trust my words.

Really liked the hotel staff where very helpful and friendly rooms are clean liked it so booked for January for 2 nights highly recommend

The villa in the first floor of a compact house is spacious with a big veranda where we could relax in the shadow when on the beach the sun was too hot for us. The beach we could reach by a one minute walk, directly to a nice beach restaurant with free beds and umbrellas . Also the main road with many shops and restaurants is nearby. In the room we felt like home immediately, comfortable bed, beautiful interieur . Fully equipped kitchen, which we did not use because we love the indian spicy food in restaurants, we only prepared coffee and tea. WLAN was reliable and fast. The host Anna is very friendly and cheerful. She gave us helpful tips and answered all questions immediately. She also organized for us taxis with reliable drivers who came always punctually. If we travel to Palolem again, we will book this villa for sure and this I recommend also to other travellers! You will not regret it!

We can really recommended this place. Booked for two nights and ended up staying eleven. Very clean and spacious room, big private veranda, very pleasant bathroom with extra shower (so the floor stays dry) and always hot water with good pressure. Agima, the owner, is always helpful with booking a scooter or motorbike or whatever question we would have. Very fair price, what you get here is highly above average. Close to the bus stand and good restaurants.

The surrounding area was quiet during both night and day. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was extrimely nice and forthcomming.

The location is perfect, bird sounds constantly, surrounded by trees, very very tranquil, has a calm atmosphere. It’s close to lots of other places, but nicely out of the way too. You can hear the waves at night! The staff were always very attentive and friendly too and the hammocks were lovely to chill in.

The location of Brendons is just the one we were looking for. A perfect view of the Sea as soon as you step out of your room. Very relaxing, this will be our go to place at Palolem. The staff was very helpful and the owner family also was very helpful.
