Beautiful cottage with a fully equipped kitchen. They even had an egg slicer. You have a great view to the sea, the room was cosy and the water was hot. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Spectacular view of mountains, friendly owner- they’ve been running this business through generations. Newly renovated and very modern looking. Very cosy and not far from Kirkjufell. Celebrated Christmas dinner with owner and family and absolutely loved how welcoming everyone was. Oh, and food was very delicious!! Highly recommend!! Love everything about this place.

I spent only one night at this guesthouse, but I had a really great time. The position is excellent in the middle of the town with a wide space where to park the car. The room was clean, cozy and had plenty of space; the same for the living room where you can just sit on the sofa or the armchair and enjoy the view. There are three bathrooms, two of them with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. Additionally, it was very easy to communicate with the host, who promptly gave instructions about the check-in. I highly recommend this place if you're travelling around Snæfellsnes.

- nice staff - large room with great view and balcony - original breakfast, tasty - BUT MOST OF ALL, I was impressed by the fact that our room had no less than 21 (!!) power outlets. I must say I've never seeen such a high power-outlet-per-square-meter ratio in my entire life. Is that useful? I don't think so. But it is for sure impressing.
