Location was superb - just a 5mins walk to the main shopping street in Reykjavik. Room was spacious, had a huge TV with all the main streaming apps installed. Shared bathroom was really clean too. Complimentary smoothie was a plus!

Location is superb, walking distance to downtown, and the famous church is just 1 minutes away from the property. Very near to the pick up point for travelling guide like Troll at bus station 8 (outside of church). Breakfast is very simple but taste good, staffs are friendly, bedroom is spacious, washroom is clean, im happy with my stay!

The property was centrally located. Just 7-8 mins from BSI Bus terminal. The rooms were well kept and cleaned daily. The landlady lives upstairs and is quite friendly & supportive. I booked the room really late at night and arrived way past midnight but my room was ready. It was a home like environment. Probably the best guesthouse in Reykjavík

Location was very central. Very safe walking there at night, after the Northern Lights tour. Tea/coffee making facilities were a plus. Room was very warm and clean. Beds really comfortable. Nothing negative about this property.

The location was great. We had a car, so being a 10-minute drive to town was ideal. Having access to a washing machine and dryer was very handy to keep clothes clean during a week long stay. It was very cold when we were there but the heating in the accommodation was very good and at no point was it cold. The host was so friendly and helpful. When we go back to Iceland, we will definitely be looking at this accommodation again.

Really great stay. Place was super clean, the beds amazing and kitchen and bathrooms had all the amenities needed and were spotless. The host was very accommodating and the location can’t be beat. The neighbourhood is so pretty and you can walk to the famous church and the rainbow street in maybe 5-10minutes. Bed is comfy. Kitchen with cooking appliances. we love the free coffee at the living room.
