We stayed in Helga III, amazing cabin near the lake. 1,5 years ago we were also guest in this amazing place, loved the place once again. The house is very spacious and the view of the living room is excellent. I especially like the kitchen area which is well equipped and comfortable. The bedroom is clean and tidy with nice bathroom. Will recommend to friends for Iceland trip.

i would love to say a huuuge THANK You for the owner(Skarph ?) to having us in this beautiful gem. loved this cosy , super clean warm hotel. we arrived there at 29 may, booked the cheapest priced room, but the owner upgraded us because the hotel was not fully booked that day. i was so happy. :) so we got the room 7 with a wonderful harbor view. i would definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone who would love to spend time in Stykkyholmur. oh!!! and dont forget to drink coffee there :) it sooo tasty :)

Excellent location. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Easy to self check in. Well thought out accommodation with excellent facilities for guests. Extremely comfortable. Plenty of space. Beds were extremely comfortable. My son slept in a bunk and us in a double. We all slept well. Stykkisholmur itself is a fascinating village on so many levels.
