New, very nice and clean room with bathroom and balcony/terrace. Beds were comfortable. Owners are very nice, friendly and welcoming. We had very rich gluten free breakfast. Beach is within very short walking distance, around 50m, nice restaurant nearby. Close to Syracusa. The owner gave us tips for very good restaurants. If we travel to Sicily, I will come back.

Such a lovely, cosy place! A nice surprise, really enjoyed all my time here! A fantastic host, Clara. The room it's just newly refurbished, everything clean, safe, central. A big bathroom and an efficient shower! Avola it's like a cinematografic set, lovely city. The sea it's splendide, smarald, crystalline and the sand it's the finest ever seen.

We were given a very warm welcome by Corrada and Damiano who settled us into the apartment and kept in touch during our stay dropping off treats and providing information about the area. They felt more like friends than just hosts. The apartment is in a quiet residential area with ample free parking. It felt a safe area and only a short walk to the beach or into the town. There is supermarket on the door step so it is ideally placed. The apartment is like a home from home with all the essentials including a well appointed kitchen and washing machine. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable and we would highly recommend it.

Very clean and modern facility. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with excellent coffee provided. Kitchen always open, with snacks and drinks from a machine. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beach a 5 minute walk away, close to restaurants and bars. Free parking on a quiet street right in front of the building.

The appartment was absolutely perfect for 2 adults and a child. Not only because of the space, as it is pretty big, but because of its distribution and it has all the things you need, like whashing machine, big fridge and freezer, air conditioner and even dish washer! its close to the beach in one direction and close to city center in the other direction. No need of a car.
