Frendliness of the owner - we've got everything we needed and even more! The room and kitchen were well equipped, and we had all the utensils needed to cook the last meal in Italy. :) Near to the center or the shop. The checking in was easy, too, thanks to Monica :)

Better than expected !! Our host was very nice, the shared living room and dining room is huge ! All the equipment are great to make you feel like at home. The parking is very convenient. I recommend 100% to stay at charlotte’s room !!

Breakfast was fantastic! There was a plentiful selection of self-serve breakfast items including fresh baked rolls and breads. the Owner Carlotta personally cooked bacon and eggs to order while having a delightful conversation. Wonderful!

We were amazed by the attention to every detail – from wine stoppers to mosquito repellent, everything was provided for maximum comfort. Even towels were changed during our stay, which is rare and very appreciated!
