We cannot possibly say enough nice things about our day in Bologna. Our host went above and beyond, not only suggesting a restaurant, but also making reservations for us and then, as there were disruptions with our train from Rome, keeping tabs on us and keeping the restaurant updated with our later later arrival time. The place is spacious, modern, super clean with a very comfortable bed and a wonderful rain shower. Bed is very comfortable and we slept well. We did not have time to enjoy the balcony, which really adds another room when the weather is warm. Coffee and breakfast pastries were provided, always a nice and appreciated treat. Location is very close to the train station, and a short walk to Plaza Maggiore - the centre of town. We loved our time in Bologna, and when we come back, this will be where we stay. Highly recommended!!

The location is excellent, and so central to the main Piazza. The host, Frederica is just so warm and welcoming and all the additional little extras that she provides (the biscuits both sweet & savory by the coffee machine), her advice on recommendations of places to visit, restaurants to go to, the booking of a driver just made my stay as a single person, to feel so well looked after.

Excellent location. Beautiful triple room apartment with a fantastic view. Very modern and exceptionally clean. We even had a fresco - high ceilings. Very comfortable large bed with good pillows. Everything was perfect! Beautiful new apartment with elevator access. Huge and modern walk-in shower, clean toilet. Comfy bed with TV, AC helped bearing the heat. Small fridge to keep your drinks cool. The Host Patrizia was very friendly and answered all our questions and gave recommendations about where to eat etc.
