We cannot possibly say enough nice things about our day in Bologna. Our host went above and beyond, not only suggesting a restaurant, but also making reservations for us and then, as there were disruptions with our train from Rome, keeping tabs on us and keeping the restaurant updated with our later later arrival time. The place is spacious, modern, super clean with a very comfortable bed and a wonderful rain shower. Bed is very comfortable and we slept well. We did not have time to enjoy the balcony, which really adds another room when the weather is warm. Coffee and breakfast pastries were provided, always a nice and appreciated treat. Location is very close to the train station, and a short walk to Plaza Maggiore - the centre of town. We loved our time in Bologna, and when we come back, this will be where we stay. Highly recommended!!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful new apartment with elevator access. Huge and modern walk-in shower, clean toilet. Comfy bed with TV, AC helped bearing the heat. Small fridge to keep your drinks cool. The Host Patrizia was very friendly and answered all our questions and gave recommendations about where to eat etc.

This is my first time i choose this style of accommodation. The location is great next to the central station but 15 min. walk from the old city. The room was new and spotless clean in 6th floor. There are all the basic and much more amenities. Air-condition, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, clean and beauty bathroom, space for clothes and luggages, safe box. In the fridge was waters and snacks plus coffee and teas. Fresh clean and soft towels. The owner, Federico, is my new Italian heroe. He went beyond and above. We didn't meet him personally but his personal touch was everywhere. He contact with me through watchup and he explained everything very clear. He arranged an earlier check in and free breakfast in the caffe opposite of the room. At the end a bag full of tasty local products waiting us to get with us. Literally we are speechless for the kindness and the real hospitality. This is a great place to stay. Definitely we will return.
