If there's anything better than arriving to the smell of a chocolate cake being baked (for breakfast the next day), I don't know what it is. Great spacious room, lovely welcome with lots of helpful tips, fantastic breakfast, great shower, comfy bed and within walking distance of everything. This is how guesthouses should be. We had a fantastic stay.

The accommodation was very clean with air conditioning, modern and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast and the easy check in process. It was the easiest check in I had during my stay in Sardinia. Excellent communication, staff was very helpful and spoke very good English. It was close to the train station and centre. Beautiful town and atmosphere. We would stay here again when I’m in Cagliari.

The room was very spacious and clean. Kitchenette is shared with 3 other rooms great, everything you need to cook a simple meal, on the hob or microwave. Pots plates bowls cutlery. Kettle tea coffee, washing machine tumble dryer, iron. Essentials to keep your room clean if needs be. Coffee shop right to the entrance of the building and small supermarket and bus stop on your doorstep. The only downside to the room was very thin walls and a squeaky bed. There were some earplugs available in the bathroom drawer, so problem solved. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay there again.
