The apartment is stunning and well maintained with high standards. The owner is super friendly and well communicated with us the entire time. The gift basket and cold meat platter plus drinks in fridge were a big surprise for us. All the sweet gestures make us immediately feel welcome and at ease. The secure gated private carpark is a big PLUS especially when the location is so central in the busy town of Fasano. The shower was great and spacious with shower gel and shampoo provided. The upstairs bedroom also has a separate basin to use.

The property is in a nice villa and very quiet. Short distance to the center and also near the highway. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the room which was clean and fulfilled our expectations. The host, Denisa, was very welcoming and always available. Moreover the parking was excellent within the villa.

It's funny to say before we start, but make a reservation and take a look at the ratings. Read the reviews and make a reservation, and you'll miss this room.😂 It was perfect B&B. Everything was in there and house was soooo clean. The house smelled good, all the bedding was perfect, and the duvet was also a hotel duvet. The owner kindly explained everything one by one and always answered quickly, so there was no problem at all. Also, the bathroom was equipped with everything, and there was a separate heater, so you could wash body without being cold. There are water, small snacks, an air fryer, and a coffee machine. There are all kinds of tableware to cook. There is also a microwave. U know IT'S A PERFECT HOUSE😊 And also have an electric pot for boiling water. And detergent and sponge for washing dishes and a kitchen towel. Just a house. Everything was there. Usually, I check the towels and bedrooms and the cleanliness of the bathroom, but I can't compare myself to the B&B I stayed in Italy. Compared to a three-star hotel, the quality is very high. And they have a TV so u can watch Netflix and YouTube Rai and there were others, though I don't remember☺️ The only thing don't have is disposable slippers. Of course not. Because this is not a hotel.😂 If u want that slippers go to 3 stars hotel.😂 That's it. If u have to choice b&b for stay in Fasano.. U have to choice this house. I recommend you for real.👍🏻 ❤️

Our stay started in the evening we came late and were very hungry and the stuff took care of us, placed the whole table of their own cheese, ham, bread and even wine! All was so natural and tasty and welcoming! The place is perfect for calm, quiet stay with nature. The farm is gorgeous, *no bad smell* for those who is wondering, very peacefull and feels like home. We felt like family, always took care of. The room: gigantic room, it's huge! Whole full farm experience, kitchen, large double bathroom, the beds are great, places to sit all along the place. For kids will be also great. Friendly pets, 25 min drive from everywhere, the little thing of them, placing jar of fresh, warm, tasty milk on the bench near the door, every morning, is just perfect. We have a lot more to write about our experience at Lamapecora, but you should see it yourself :)
