The check-in and entering the building/room was done entirely online. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. There were coffee, drinks and sweets provided in the common room. It is around 30 min walk from the Fiumicino city centre. The host arranged a taxi for us very early in the morning as we had an early flight. It took us less than 10 min to get to the Fiumicino airport and it cost 25 EUR, which was great.

One of the most welcoming places I have ever stayed in. The hospitality offered by Piero is exceptional, who goes out of his way, literally, to make sure you have a great time. Fiumicino is overlooked as being simply the airport, but it is a delightful seaside town with a lovely promenade, bustling fishing port, great restaurants, and above all such friendly and helpful people. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The accommodation is great, it's quiet, comfortable, and I felt very much at home. Thank you Piero! I'll be back!

Everything was great. Great host, late check-in, very clear instructions on check-in and stay. No problems at all - air conditioning and everything you need in the room. The price was a gift. The best I could find around the airport. They let me stay in the common area and work as much as I needed, very polite and understanding attitude, which is rare these days. WiFi is working fine, so I was able to stay connected as much was needed.

It all looked very new and beautiful, and it was very clean. Staff was most friendly, they even gave me a ride to the airport! Room was big and had a beautiful bathroom and had everything you wish.
