Everything was to our liking. The rooms were very clean, staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast were good. They even packed us some breakfast in a take away bag the morning when we have to leave early.

So kind, polite, helpful person welcomed us! The bus stop for Venice is just 100 meters from the property, room was big enough, very nice and clean. There have parking lots in the yard of the house, which is very convenient.

The room was really too much clean and refreshing good smell and fully new furnished everything. Bed was so comfortable to sleep.Location was very good. it was just 2 minutes walk from the Mestre bus station. Stuff was too much friendly , helpful and communicative.Even I don’t need to worry about anything.. He explained me everything fully clearly and it was very comfortable for me what I needed. Even I was late to arrived the place and owner was waiting for me quite a long time.I am highly recommend to stay this place. I will come back again. There is lot of restaurants, coffee shop, small super shops was near this place , so it was not problem for me at all. 🥰And thank you so much to owner for his nice and friendly hospitality and conversation 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

It was clean, very nice building, bus stop was right next to it and in just 15 minutes you were in venezia. Very nice hosts, we had some problems with the booking, but they were so kind about it, provided us with snacks and coffee everyday.

location is great (walking within 5 minutes to the train & bus station). Room are clean and beds are big & comfortable. Wifi signal is great without extra payment. The owner is very nice. We were much late check-in but he was waiting for us with patience and acted nice with full introduction. If you travel by car there is secured parking place with very fair cost per day. The facility is equipped with kitchen and washing machine. It is much over my booking expectation!

The place was very nice and cosy. We booked a room with a private bathroom, and I really appreciate how clean everything was. You have a confortable bed, a drawer, and even a smart TV. It’s very close to the bus station, from where you can reach Venice in less than 15. Last, but not least, the host was very kind, and came to give us the keys, even though our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected.
