If I could score 12/10, it would have been deserved! Anna and Antonio were lovely, in particular Anna was extremely attentive and very responsive, regularly making sure I didn't need anything. The accommodation is just 5 minutes from the port of Milazzo, which is super convenient for visiting the islands, it is extremely comfortable, quiet and very clean.

Very good location next to the port. Lovely clean accommodation, comfortable bed and friendly helpful staff. We also had a great view from our balcony over the port.

Perfect view, very close to the center (just meters), to the port and to good public buses' main station, that was unplanned surprise. Room is good an comfortable, water, coffee, sweets. In fact good place to stay. Nice bars around

Neat clean, quiet, dark, comfortable room, superbly situated for the ferry terminal to the islands. Also not far from good eats and cafés in the centre of town, or the pleasant walk along the seafront. It was great value for my low-season stay. The check-in procedure was smooth and communications quick and clear. Good for the solo traveller like myself, or for couples, I would think.
