Bed was very comfy , aircon and fan were very welcome after being out in the heat all day . Location was perfect , 100m from the centre of San casciano for restaurants and bars . Coffee machine made lovely drinks , small hob for making breakfast . Great shower in the recently refurbished bathroom . The exposed wooden beams in the ceiling . Really a great place to stay with a great host .

Very private. Right beside the historical centre. Could walk everywhere. Host provided wonderful suggestions on where to eat and visit. Everything was very easy! Highly recommend!

Beautiful place, surrounded by olive trees and green nature. The room was peaceful, clean and well equipped. The hosts were so friendly and really cared about their guest. They were fluent in English (which is rare in Italy) and help me out with what I needed. They always made sure everything was ok and even booked me a place to have dinner. Breakfast was amazing and the host served when I wanted to. I recommend having a car in the area if you stay for more than a few nights. I myself just stayed here in between travels as was okay without a car. It was a 20 minute walk to the closest supermarket and a 10 minute walk to the nearest restaurant. It was safe and easy to get around by walking. I would stay again if I’m coming back.

Everything. The room was really clean and comfortable, bathroom was exceptional, and the bed was cosy. Also, the staff was surprisingly nice. I left my stuff after checked-out, but she found mine and send me to Milan where I stayed after visiting here. I strongly recommend staying here when you visit Florence.
