This is a very nice place. A neat little house, clean an comfortable. We have found it ideal for a vacation with children. The location in a calm residential quarter is very comfortable (close to the sea, a supermarket and several small shops nearby, the Cotral bus stop in the next street). The owners are very nice people. We would like to come again.

This was a very great time. Mrs Ilaria (owner of this place) is a wonderful person. She's helpful, kind and smiling. She lives with her two children and a dog. Level below is located the room for guests. The bathroom and the terrace is on the same flor as the Mrs Ilaria apartment. In the room is air conditioning; kitchen and everything You need. If You need something be sure that Mrs Ilaria will help You. I recommend this location. The city Nettuno is very beatiful. We truly spent a beatiful time in Italy. Thank You so much Ilaria. ♥️

The location is great as it is close to the beach and grocery store. The accommodation is very spacious, suitable for a family or a couple, the hostess is a very sweet and pleasant woman.
