This is a family building in the heart of the historic center of San Gimignano, converted into a guesthouse. There are three rooms in total, all tastefully decorated, very clean, with comfortable beds, a spacious and convenient bathroom, and a very pleasant atmosphere. The room is very small, with barely any space to move around the bed. There is a shared kitchen, but it is designated for those who rent the two rooms on the upper floor, so we couldn’t really use it, although it is well-equipped. In the morning, the shared kitchen provided the option to make hot drinks, toast, packaged rolls, and spreads, which were available for breakfast to all guests. Since the building is in the historic center of San Gimignano, we parked in parking lot 3/4 at a cost of 15 euros for 24 hours. The walk from the parking lot to the apartment is about 5 minutes.
