The reception was very nice and kind, offered a earlier check in and possibility to leave our luggage. They gave us small gifts for Easter and something to have breakfast. Good kitchen and location, 3 min walk to train station.

The owner was super nice and thoughtful, because I had late check out, I am really gratefull. The position is very central, next to the main square, few minutes from the train stop if you are coming from Florence. Small italian breakfast is included at the bar. Clean, there is WiFi and TV For sure, you shouldn't expect 5 starts hotel, but the price and quality correspond, much better and cheaper than staying in Florence. I don't know why people rating it low. BTW, after reading reviews, I went to have breakfast at Formica bar and it was good.

The room is located in a completely renovated and modern historical factory building. It's very spacious, totally clean and well maintained. It's quiet at night and the small beds are comfortable. There are 2 shared bathrooms and kitchens. All clean, modern and in very good condition. The train station to Firenze is only 700m far and a supermarket es even more close. Prato city center is 900m far.
