Where to start??? The location is incredible! A great view of Etna, nice quiet surroundings, beautiful views of mountains and vineyards. The staff were all lovely! Especially the lady who greeted us and seemed to be the manager (I think her name was Giovanna) She was so nice, kind and helpful... and a wonderful chef! We had the best meal of our 2 week trip there in a really spectacular room. The selections of wine were brilliant. Clear communications with us. The pool was fantastic, nice quiet, peaceful and everywhere was really clean. I would go back tomorrow no matter what cost. It was a real gem! I cant speak highly enough of it. We absolutely loved it and had a great holiday.

The staff is very welcoming and the place is beautiful. Location is perfect with space to park easily. I would highly recommend to book a room with a balcony because we didn't but our friends did and they had a wonderful view. The bathroom is magnificent and beautiful too. The breakfast was really good and we had the chance to choose from their food display more than once by starting with savoury pastries and ending with sweets.
