Beautiful authentic setting. We felt like a noble family! Very clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Not noisy despite in the city centre. All the comforts of a short stay available in the room- coffee, tea and even lemon fresh from the garden.

Beautiful place to stay for a few days. Only a short drive from plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The hosts were perfect, always on hand if you need anything but also give you plenty of privacy too. The accommodation had everything we needed - lovely big kitchen, comfy bed, air conditioning, plenty of space to relax - in fact it's bigger than it appears in the pictures. We will definitely stay here again!

We spent two nights at Antica Dogana and the place was amazing. We loved the high brick ceiling, the marble floor and the decorations and comfort of the room. Very central. Sarzana is a cute city. Walkable with lots of cute shops and good restaurants. 7min walk to the Sarzana train station. If you're going to Cinqueterre, it's the perfect place to make your base. It's a 20min trip to La Spezia by train to catch the Cinqueterre Express.
