I was put in one of the new rooms which was much better than the one in the photos. I didn’t have a balcony but I preferred this room and the bathroom was lovely. They even had USB sockets and Bluetooth mirror to play music whilst you shower.

I like everything about this place. . She was lovely(forget about her name) She help us very much as we have kids. Can't thank enough for her help. Whenever I will be back here 5 terre I will definitely back here and even my family and friends who coming to visit 5 terre they will definitely come here as well.Highly recommend for people's who looking nice, clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay and this place was close to train station as well. Place have AC rooms which i really loved in this hot weather. Overall everything was brilliant. Thanks again to her 🙏

A unique place. 15 minutes walk from the train station. Excellent breakfast, several types to choose from. Exceptionally clean. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful in various matters. They provide a homely atmosphere. Nearby is the excellent Osteria da Caran.

It was very central right near the train station, with easy access to the Cinque Terre towns. The room was extremely clean and as just shown in all the photos. The host was very welcoming and extremely helpful. He kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We also met the cleaner who provided us with some extra water on a hot day. We would highly recommend this property and the host.

Truly one of the best hospitality experiences I've ever had in my life. The location is lovely: a quiet, peaceful area just a short walk from the city center. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully modern. I wholeheartedly recommend this place — it was perfect in every way!

Very clean and comfy rooms, the shower is very nicely designed lots of space for even a bigger person, the accommodation is very close to the harbour and the bus station witch goes to a nice beach one one side and the train station on the other if you are there to visit cinque terre. The manager (Salvatore) is very nice and welcoming, he always maked sure that we are okey and gaved information about restaurants and some of the local things that we can do in town and in the five villages. I forgot to mention that we also received a complimentary bottle of watter each and some local pesto whitch was delicious. Thank you again for the lovely stay!

We like everything with our stay here, beautiful and clean room even a terrace connected to the room. We got a basket with free breakfast and free bottles of water in the refrigerator. The host is wonderful so helpful and we got a warmly welcome from her. We highly recommend to stay here and if we going back to La spezia we gonna choose this. We take the train to La spezia and don’t have a car but it’s was easy to take the train from the other station here in La spezia if you want to visit cinque Terre.

Very nice room with lovely decor and very good facilities. Very friendly and attentive host. Good breakfast which was served outside in the garden with very pleasant views. Guesthouse was quite easy to access once I worked out the bus.
