Central location close to all the main sites. The room was spotlessly clean, warm and very comfortable. It was also nice to have tea and coffee provided in the room and a fridge. The host was very helpful and welcoming and gave great advice about good places to eat.

Elena, the host, was very supportive. There was no kettle in the kitchen and she bought one for us. Also she suggested local sweets to try and places to see, that were not on our list. Due to this we changed our plans and took accommodation for one more night. She was very nice to give us a bigger room&garden view, with a discount and also to move our luggage. She also let us keep our luggage after checkout, for a few hours, without any charge. The kitchen has a fridge, a vending machine with small prices, biodegradable cutlery, tea bags and free tourism foldings with the main attractions of Siena.The two rooms we had were very clean (sparkling) and the beds were very comfortable. In the bathroom there is enough toilet paper and soap, shower caps, hair dryer.The location is a few minutes walking from the bus station Siena-Via Tozzi, from where buses are going to San Gimignano and Volterra (with change in Poggibonsi). Few minutes walking there is a Pam local and Conad supermarket.

Beautiful room meters away from the Duomo. Room had beautiful decor and alot of effort went to providing a pleasant experience. The hosts were very helpful with Cammila assisting me to get a taxi when leaving. Would definitely return and recommend

Very friendly host, very central location but not loud, perfect! The room was the size you’d expect in a city hotel, the bathroom narrow—might be uncomfortable for a large person, but fine for small people like us. Comfortable bed.

Everything is just perfect. Viola and her mother were extremely nice with a warm welcome when we checked in. The property locates in a 16c building with a marvellous view penetrating to the main squire (Campo). It was a fortune to maintain the rooms and facilitates in a way both modern and traditional. I can imagine how challenging it is for the owners to invest and maintain these in the way we see and experience. Huge appreciation for the teams efforts behind and their value beholding the sole of Siena is highly respected. Grazie Mille!

The girl welcoming us was extremely nice and always smiling, she gave us many advices to enjoy Siena! The communication was also super clear and helpful (the city doesn't allow the entrance of cars and we received clear instructions on where to leave the car and how to get to the building by public transport). The place has the charm of the ancient so you literally sleep in a traditional Tuscan building in the heart of the city, it was amazing to have everything walking distance.
