The villa is beautiful, as are the surroundings with beautiful plants. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and very nicely furnished. The villa has an indoor swimming pool, two saunas, a living room with TV, chess, billiards, in short, superb. In reality, everything is more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures. The surroundings of the villa are still being improved, there will be a swimming pool outside. The location of the villa is easy to reach and is close to the city center. Parking is on the property. Breakfast is in a bar outside the villa, very good pastries, typical of the area. I highly recommend this accommodation, we will definitely be back!

The room was so luxurious and beautifully decorated, plus we had the kitchen area to ourselves aswell, as Giusy only likes to book one room at a time in the off peak season. The highlight was the epic breakfast with so many delicious sweet and savory options, enough for us to make sandwiches to take away for lunch and snacks! She also catered amazingly for our gluten and dairy free needs! She really went above and beyond. And she was such a lovely, warm friendly host, was such a pleasure to meet her! Will definitely come back next time we're in Sicily!

Brand new lovely apartment, tastefully furnished with very comfortable bed and coffee machine inside the room. They have been very careful about details and facilities to make stay more cozy . Good size of the balcony, too. Great hosts, very helpful. I would recommend 100%. Definitely worth of money.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was exactly what we expected – very clean, fresh, and comfortable. It really felt like staying at a friend’s cozy, spacious apartment. Very spacious room, entire accommodation appears to be recently renovated and everything is new. Pretty good terrace where you can chill and hang your beach towels. In an area with plenty of free street parking options, 10 min on foot to get to Ortigia. Decent breakfast included at a nearby cafeteria. We could also borrow the sun umbrella from the common area of the accommodation, which wqs very helpful. Smooth and flexible check in experience, in agreement via WhatsApp, by using a mix of English and Italian on both sides :)

Comfortable clean rooms with coffee maker, also a kitchen and lounge facility. Handy location for Ortygia, archaeological park, museum and station. Stefano was very attentive, readily available and quickly sorted out minor problems we had. He provided cards for an inclusive breakfast in the attractive cafe below the rooms. So comfortable and pleasant we wanted to stay an extra night
