The villa is beautiful, as are the surroundings with beautiful plants. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and very nicely furnished. The villa has an indoor swimming pool, two saunas, a living room with TV, chess, billiards, in short, superb. In reality, everything is more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures. The surroundings of the villa are still being improved, there will be a swimming pool outside. The location of the villa is easy to reach and is close to the city center. Parking is on the property. Breakfast is in a bar outside the villa, very good pastries, typical of the area. I highly recommend this accommodation, we will definitely be back!

Great location, clean and tidy room, good choice of complimentary coffee, as well as the feeling that our host trembled us and I believe all other guests as V.I.P.  the room was spacious, very clean, the bed was comfortable, the air condition worked just fine, and the fridge offered enough space for several large bottles of water.  There also was a coffee machine and a kettle to make tea and coffee. And the location of the property was just perfect. It’s in the middle of Ortigia and you can reach everything on food within just a few minutes.  Despite the central location, it was very quiet.

Everything was perfect! You immediately feel like staying at a five star hotel but with the feeling of being home. The hosts were extremely welcoming and extremely flexible. Everything was super high-tech and well equipped. A special thumb up for the extraordinary shower and very comfortable beds ! We will definitely come back ! Grazie mille !

We received such a warm welcome! Bruna met us personally and even offered us an early check in. But her kindness did not stop there. A cold bottle of bobbles and local goods were waiting for us. AC was running already. A custom made welcome sign was placed in our room. She gave us a tour and informed us about the facilities before she left us enjoy her beautiful place. Apartment was squeaky clean, with a kitchen fully furnished, extra towels and cleaning products.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was exactly what we expected – very clean, fresh, and comfortable. It really felt like staying at a friend’s cozy, spacious apartment. The host was very kind and even let us keep our luggage until the evening on the day we checked out. Everything left us with such a positive impression, and we would be happy to come back again.

Very spacious room, entire accommodation appears to be recently renovated and everything is new. Pretty good terrace where you can chill and hang your beach towels. In an area with plenty of free street parking options, 10 min on foot to get to Ortigia. Decent breakfast included at a nearby cafeteria. We could also borrow the sun umbrella from the common area of the accommodation, which wqs very helpful. Smooth and flexible check in experience, in agreement via WhatsApp, by using a mix of English and Italian on both sides :)
