I stayed for five nights and was very satisfied with the accommodation. Overall, my experience was excellent, which is quite rare. From the beginning, communication and instructions were clear, and all arrangements were handled online. Even the city tax was collected through an online payment, which is not always the case. I appreciate the convenience of online check-in, payments, and related processes. Regarding the accommodation itself, it was located in the Old Town (city center), near the Royal Palace, on a pleasant street with easy access to trams and buses. Entry to the building and the room was via a keypad code, which was very convenient, straightforward, and quick. The room was well equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fan, air conditioning, towels, soap, shower gel, TV, and other essentials. I got 2 bottle of water each day for free. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was very clean, with daily cleaning service. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Communication with the facility was conducted online via email and WhatsApp, which was very prompt. They responded immediately and resolved all requests and issues efficiently. On the day of my arrival (early morning), I was able to leave my luggage at the facility, and the room was prepared before the usual check-in time. Overall, they did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations.

The quality of the stay was astonishing. I truly believe this is better than a four stars hotel. The property is brand-new and I felt like I was the first staying in the Papavero room. I’ve been personally welcomed by the owners that explained me every detail feature of the stay and made me sign along my id a short stay contract that’s compulsory to sign in Italy. Here everything is done by the book. The host made sure I had everything I needed before leaving me alone. Details, cleanliness and finishes are premium. The stay is dead quiet and the furnishing is custom-made. Toilets include a bidet a big shower and all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. Temperature and air quality was good. The room is featured with a central heating system and a personal AC unit. A small fridge and a kettle are provided along tea and the infusion bags. Coffee pods are provided to use the coffee machine which is in the shared kitchen that’s accessible in the entrance hall. The shared kitchen is fully furnished and shared with the other three room. I will definitely go back if I was to be in town and I’m recommending it to my parents that like this type of quality stays.

Lovely and clean, roomy, quiet, great location. The hosts gave v clear instructions on how to access the property and answered other questions really quickly.

We just loved staying at Casa Ganci. It was perfect in every way. Quiet, large comfortable bed, spacious, great facilities, beautiful garden. Exceptional value. Walk to a great pizzeria which also does a small selection of other dishes. It is full of local people which is always a good sign. Great wine. Breakfast is simple self serve with a coffee machine and we had fresh loquats from her tree. 15 minute bus ride to city centre. Paola is the most amazing host, the best we have met in a month. She is a great source of information and a master organiser of unusual requests.
