Very nice hotel that mixes the old and the new. I personally adore the location in Cannaregio and I honestly do not know why people would not want to stay in this area. It is my absolute favorite in Venice. They owners and staff are also very nice and bubbly people. I totally recomment it.

Great location, steps away from the ferry terminal Santa Maria Giglio in case you need to take the vaporeo. You can always walk around in Venezia but keep in mind that it can be challenging with your luggage, specially if you haven't been there before. The hotel was easy to find and if you arrive late at night you just need to be in touch via message/phone with the staff so they can meet you when you arrive. Facilities are nice and super clean, the room was great! They even leave you complimentary treats in the mini bar! Totally recommend staying at Palazzo Pianca if you're visiting this beautiful city.

Set on Venice’s Grand Canal, Locanda Leon Bianco is set in a residential building opposite the Ca' da Mosto Palace.

The building is gorgeous, the staff are really nice and helpful, they give a lot of good information about Venice , nice recommendations for restaurants. Our flight was early in the morning and they prepared breakfast bags. And they also gave us a free room upgrade. Our stay was lovely.

I'd call this place a boutique hotel, really cute intimate place to stay. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Lovely host, really helpfully gave us a map and marked places for us to go for food and trips. Lovely comfortable, large room with AC. Nice large shower and bathroom. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Nice location, not on main thoroughfare.
