The location is absolutely amazing. It is located right in the heart of everything but the position is quiet and private. The views from the apartment were unbelievable with our own private dock! The staff was exceptional-always so helpful, cheerful and kind. Everything on the property is spotless and well kept. I can’t imagine ataying anywhere in the city.

The house was beautiful and all the details were taken off. Romano and Pina were very helpful on their advice and breakfast was great. Definitely to be considered in our next visits to Venice.

The service was one the best I ever had. Andrea received us with such nice and kind tips. His dog is cute and make our stay even better. I would recommend this hotel because of the location, the service. the breakfast I would recommend to improve a little bit with a little bit more variety.

Great location, easy to find. It was super clean and modern.

Accommodation was really great, the best location in my opinion with less tourists around and great places to see.
