Affittacamere Niria was amazing. The room and bathroom were exactly as pictured, neat and tidy and clean. The location and check-in instructions provided were easy to follow. And the view from the communal garden was stunning!

Everything was perfect. The location is very close to the station. There are restaurants nearby. The host is very kind and hospitable. She was in the phone when needed, she gave nice instructions, she recommended perfect places to eat and we were allowed to check in earlier even though the time was set for later check in. The room is specious, clean and very well equipped. I would recommend it 100%.

The rooms are done very thoughtfully…there is a wardrobe, a towel warmer, bidet and even Ac should you need it. The cleanliness was perfect too! It is well situated - 5 mins walk away from the train station and lots of eateries options. You can hear the trains very well since it is that close to the station but with the windows shut it shouldn’t be a problem.

Fantastic room and location! Right in the heart of La Spezia, only a short walk from the train station and easy gateway access to Cinque Terre. Wonderful and friendly staff who provided information on the best places to see/visit/eat/drink in La Spezia. We would 100% recommend this to others!

ext mit deiner Kamera übersetzen Beautiful apartment, furnished with a lot of love and everything is brand new. We booked very spontaneously and everything worked out very quickly. Kuma was very friendly and helpful. It was all very straightforward. There was a fridge with water and cocke for us, as well as biscuits and coffee and tea. The balcony in the evening was also great and the location was great. Thank you very much Kuma
