We had a great stay, and loved our time at Seidou guest house!!! Mt Fuji is visible right on the doorstep!! Or if you stay in the far room upstairs. The japanese style room and tatami bed is so comfortable. The owners are very friendly, and accomodating and the property has everything you need. Water and towels daily, free drinks and ramen in the room! Laundry facilities, tea coffee and kitchen facilities. Free gym and bike access and free wifi. There are toiletries and things in the bathroom for you to use. Cooking utensils and things in the kitchen. It is a fair walk from the nearest stations (bus or train) but the owner's mother picked us up from Fuji-Q Highland station when we arrived. Mt Fuji station is 25-30 min walk which is fine! Get your steps up or ride the bikes! The gym access was great but be mindful it is a 10 minute walk from the property and you will need indoor gym shoes (they can be rented at the gym for 500yen per person). Highly recommended. Hana san is the most lovely person that I found during my trip in japan! Also the hostel is realy clear with good beds and bathrooms, also the living room does have several amenities to enhance the experience

It is a place easy to feel like home! Very comfortable and cozy, typical Japanese and I have to say that Hiro-San makes it very special.

We had a whole house for ourselves. The house was part of a historical pilgrimage inn. You could feel the history inside it. The garden outside the house was magnificent and waking up to see Mount Fuji right there made it so much better. Finally, it is really close to the shrine so coming and going was really comfortable.

Lovely property an easy walk from Shimoyoshida train station, very homely feel, great hosts with a lovely restaurant for food next door. Easy to hire bikes at the property to allow for exploration of the towns and sights. Would love to come back some day. Highly recommend

Amazing location with a view of Mt. Fuji. Lovely host picked us up from the station on arrival. Close to shops and restaurants.

Excellent clean accommodation. Very comfortable futons. Lovely bath. Place was very clean. Owner was a lovely man who gave us a lift to the station very early in the morning to get our train. Nice restaurant within 5 mins and a seven eleven shop. Great stay and would recommend.
