IsraelReally a wonderful place. I actually decided to stay in Sendai for another day because the guesthouse was so lovely. The guesthouse is nice and cozy, but the staff, the guest, and the general atmosphere were incredible. Everybody was so lovely and friendly.
The location is not very interesting, But it's about 15-20 mins from Sendai Station (10 mins train and 6 mins walk), and it totally worth it. Highly recommend.

It is close to all the beautiful spots of Matsushima and still very cozy and quiet. The house is spacious, the beds very comfortable. The host is extremely kind and welcoming and speaks fluently English. He gave us very helpful advice and made us feel at home. I loved the house, inside you can see was new but it reminded me of beach houses in Australia. The facilities were very clean. The house is tucked away in a quiet street, but super close to the town's attraction.
