I like the hostel in the middle of the mountains. I have a relax stay eventhough I am the only guest that night. Kinda scared but was okie. The house is soo clean and had a good sleep after hectic days of travels. Nearby the world heritage. Love it

The absolute loveliest stay I’ve had in Japan. What a delight the hosts are - Glenda is an absolute gem and the loveliest. She used to tour around Japan as a singer! If you’re lucky enough, you can get her to sing a bit for you. Her husband is an incredibly talented chef and cooked us a huge and wonderful dinner - probably the best food I’ve had in Japan. Strong recommend!

Everything about this place was perfect. The attention to detail put into this place is incredible, from the common room to the bathroom, to the bedroom. The location of this accommodation was also very handy, being a very close walk from the Sakurabashi bus stop of the Kanazawa Loop Bus. We wish we could have stayed for longer. Would highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay in Kanazawa. The room was spacious and everything was very well organzied and super clean. The owner was very helpful and friendly. It's 20 min walking to the main parts of the city.

Good price for a spacious and well equipped house. The host met us at the house and showed us everything. We loved the little garden and especially seeing it after it snowed in the night. Really useful to have the washing machine.

Wanted to experience a machiya while visiting in Japan, and thought that Kanazawa would be the best place to do it. Ui-ca guesthouse exceeded my expectations—the house itself was very tidy, well-kept with updated fixtures, yet still retained all the charm of an older structure. Everything was beautifully decorated, and the house was so thoughtfully furnished—our family's stay was very comfortable. The host, too, was exceptionally kind and a wonderful communicator, offering to help us with our luggage (of which we had a lot) and even giving us a ride our first day out on her way home. Thank you so much for a great stay~~ next time I come to Kanazawa, would definitely love to stay here again!
