Loved this spot. It’s very modern and clean, perfectly located…and such a deal! I could not get into Benesse house but this was a happy accidents - it’s was cooler in person- down a cozy back street, the entire entrace is shu sugi ban blackened cedar, very clean- they just leave the key by your door- restaurants are a block away but it’s super quiet…and you’re 1-2 minutes from the port…if you arrive early just dump your gear in a locker at Miyanoura port ( 300-500 depending on size- coins only self service). Hi marks!

Sparky’s House is situated in a very quiet part but yet really conveniently located. The staff is really helpful & knowledgeable. The breakfast included with our stay was served at Sparky’s Cafe, just 4 minutes walk away. Great fruit, yoghurt, eggs & bread with coffee and capuccino to die for.

A few steps from Gokaisho Art House Project, Guest House Shimayado Aisunao is located in Naoshima and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi.

It was situated in a quaint fishing village between the Art House project and the Benesse house museum with both areas easily accessible by the public bus which stopped across the road from Episode 1. They are self contained cabins with a kitchen, if you want to cook, but there are three places to eat less than 50 metres away. We thought it was excellent value.

La Curación offers accommodation in Naoshima. Takamatsu is 13 km away. The property is approximately a 10-minute walk from Gotanji Beach. Free WiFi is provided in all guest rooms.

Very kind owner. The beds are good. Everything went well, and it's in a peaceful place, near the bus (5 min to the Port, 5 min to the station to Benesse
