CanadaHost welcomed us in late as our flight was delayed, was kind to stay up to welcome us. Very friendly and welcoming, we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Comfy beds, nice clean room and common areas, 10/10 would recommend.

MalaysiaWe arrived quite late at night, so from Toya Station we took a taxi & cost about ¥2710 to Pension Ohno. Along the journey to Pension Ohno, we’re so excited to see the thickening snow. When we arrived, the owner greeted us & asked her staffs to carry our extra size luggage to the first floor as there’s no lift. Our room is facing the lake view & we’re stunned to look at the view the next morning. Love it so much! There’s convenience store just 100m away from Pension Ohno. As we’re travelling by public transport, it’s quite closed with the bus stop to Rusutsu Resort & Mount Usu. Really recommended to stay here.
