We stayed with Hisayo only for one night but could have stayed longer if he hadn’t booked our transport to Osaka already. Hisayo is super sweet and our stay was wonderful! Everything was clean and she made sure we would get everywhere we needed to be! I would definitely recommend staying here! Especially if you fly in or out of Haneda, because it’s close to the airport. Thank you Hisayo!

I stayed at many places during my trip in central/west Japan but I can say this is the best hostel I stayed in. I first had 8 nights there, and decided to come back for 3 more nights at the end of my time in Japan. I didn't want to go anywhere else! The vibes at Sato-san's are amazing. Nana san, Yuta san and little Anna san really know how to make their guests feel welcome. The place is quite simple but so nice. Everything is spotless thanks to the hard work of the hosts and the futons are comfy. It was also a lot of fun meeting new friends around the beautiful and warm kotatsu and sharing late night snacks with them! The hostel is located in a very interesting and local area not to far by metro/train from Tokyo's main sights. I loved strolling through Joyful Minowa! I had a wonderful time at Sato-san's rest, and I'll definitely return (ᵔ◡ᵔ) ありがとうございました

Our hostess was extremely welcoming and friendly. She couldn't do enough for us. We left our bags here overnight and before leaving for the airport. The room was small but functional. Better for a couple rather than a family. Shared facilities were fine as well. Pretty close to Asakusa with a variety of transport 5-10 mins in any direction.
