It is a hotel with a very good quality-price ratio. It is located in a very quiet place. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. They overlook a very pretty garden. The breakfast is very good and abundant. We had rice with curry and chicken for dinner there, which was a delight. The staff was very attentive. They picked us up at the station and helped us arrange the motorcycle rental. Very friendly. It's a great place.

Amazing hosts! Very friendly, warm and helpful. They showed us some places that we hadn't on our bucket list but afterwards we were glad that we saw it. Very nice rooms with beautiful furnishings, flower arrangements, wall paintings, a/c and a lot of other nice details. Really good breakfast and dinner. You need to taste. Highly recommend. We had the impression that our hosts did everything for our comfort and satisfaction and we were sad when we had to leave. We can highly recommend this place and when we come back to Sri Lanka we make a stop here for sure :))

Hotel located in a quiet area, but not far from the center. Spacious room and bathroom. It was our cleanest room during our entire stay in Sri Lanka! Water in the shower with good pressure and hot. The owner is very nice, he has his own tuk-tuk and offered us free transport several times. We got a delicious juice as a welcome. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!

We. were warmly welcomed in this quiet and very clean hotel with big comfortable beds and fast internet. The localisation is close to the cave temple. The host organised for us tuc tuc to see Polonaruwa. The breakfasts and lunches were beter than delicious. They have electric generator. We totally recommend to stay at SA Village..

in the middle of the forest, pure nature, there are animals like frogs, monkeys, cows and birds. NAtural hut with no AC, just fans and roof ventilation. Very unique style. Breakfast and hospitality was great

Once we arrived we met with the caretaker at the property and got ourselves checked in. The room is as shown in the pictures and was clean, the bathroom was also very clean which is a huge plus for me. We made unpacked and we were told that meals can be obtained with a little notice of around 45 minutes to an hour. The food was fantastic and the portions were very large (mind you we ordered the large portions whilst an XL option was available). After lunch we had to get ready for a wedding and needed to iron our clothes which we were given. Afterwards offered to assist. He managed to get one shortly after and we were on our way. When we returned at about 0130 with a quick call headed inside. The breakfast next day was also good, they have a few options but i forgot to confirm the day prior hence they provided us with one of the options mentioned before. Afterwards we checked out and headed off, happy to have chosen the property. Thanks to Tharaka and Arunasiri! p.s. They have a dog staying at the property called Dora and she is so sweet!

The owner went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. He took us on a sunset tour to the most beautiful hidden spot for free! He also drove to Sigiriya after leaving for a very reasonable price. Nothing was too much hassle. He also recommended a great buffet breakfast place only 2 min walk away only 800lkr. The room was so beautiful and felt luxurious. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The shower was hot. The AC was great. We felt so relaxed here in the beautiful green garden. Everything you need is only a 5 minute tuk tuk ride away (if you feel like leaving as it is so relaxing here)! We could not have had a better stay, thanks so much!
