Green View Holiday Resort is a really beautiful place set amongst lush vegetation. It is a very relaxing place. The facilities are excellent. The owner, Anura and his family have created a fabulous place to relax and to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The large pool is a delightful place to chillax after a day sight seeing. The rooms are large and well equipped. The bathroom is also a good size with toilet, shower, and hand basin. Breakfast is provided. I would recommend Green View to anyone visiting Kandy. It is a little difficult to get a tuk tuk from kandy to Green View, but the local bus runs every 10 - 15 minutes, and the fare is approximately LKR90. Green View gets a 10/10 from me.

We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are large, clean and confortable, the swimming pool is very appreciable, the food is tasty, and the manager is super lovely! It is at 30min from Kandy city center, which is nice because it is quiet and in the nature. We highly recommend this place!

The family were so accommodating and were very helpful to share all the tours, local food, cheaper options for my trip. I’m a female solo traveller and I felt right at home here. The whole family made me feel very safe and Karunarathna waited for me at every stop of our tour. This place is very peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains. The room is very clean, the bed comfy, the option of AC or Fan in the room. The whole family really go above and beyond for their guests and I’m so grateful for them. The hotel is very nice surounded by nature. Big room with everything you need. We felt very special and fantastic treated here. Kumar is the most kind and helpful person I ever met.
