The location was lovely, across from the waterfall, and close to the start of Ella Rock trail. If you want a little secluded cabin in the wilderness, this is the place. We had incredible breakfast every morning, and they were so helpful and provided transport to town whenever we wanted. The service was outstanding and always with a smile! Highly recommend this place.

AMAZING !!! Best view in Sri Lanka , sit back relax, enjoying your breakfast or dinner overlooking Ella Rock, litte Adams peak and a waterfall perfect !!! Staff all wonderful and friendly, just a short stroll or a tuk tuk ride down into town. Came for one nite stayed 3. Will definitely come back to Ambiente guest house.

Very clean place, very clean bed (cleanest bed we had so far in Sri Lanka), beautiful view and balcony in front of every room. Bathroom with very hot water and window. Super nice host. Breakfast very tasty and variable. Located a bit on the hill, walk about 5-10 minutes to the centre, restaurants nearby, but also nature. Perfect location. Mr. Upali is very nice and perfectly organised. Thank you very much

I loved my stay at Nature Green Rock Hotel. The balcony & bedroom view is absolutely breathtaking. I could watch a mother & baby monkey play in the distance, all while soaking up the peaceful jungle sounds. The man who works at the property is extremely helpful (carried my heavy bags to my new location & waited for me with an umbrella when it rained late at night on returning back to the accommodation) The owner is very good with communication via WhatsApp with whatever you need & is extremely helpful. The bed was comfy & the room is peaceful, quaint & comfortable. Breakfast is substantial too and very yummy.

Wingate Homestay has a terrace and is situated in Ella, within just less than 1 km of Ella Spice Garden and a 11-minute walk of Ella Railway Station.

Very welcoming family with cute dogs :) They really tried to make our stay comfy and pleasant. Fresh juices available. Very rich breakfast. Sandali was very responsive to our questions and needs. Very spacious bathroom, nice renovation, probably the best during our stay in Sri Lanka.

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond our expectations. They provided breakfast outside of the hours because we’d be coming back from activities, Akuf was very quick to reply to our messages, they arranged a cheaper transport for us to go to Mirissa and washed our clothes after we were rained on. This is an amazing place to stay. I loved the location: it’s up on a quite street with stunning views on Little Adam peak and Ella rock. Yet it is close to the main street with all the eateries and shops. Andy shared a shortcut way to the town, so no need to climb :)) Breakfast was rich, we enjoyed sitting on a terrace in the morning. Hosts are very welcoming and warm people.
