The location of the homestay was ideal. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, it offered a serene environment while still being close to local attractions. The rooms were very clean, comftable and I really liked the style. The host dinesh and his family were super helpful and friendly. One of the best stays I had in Sri Lanka. The hotel is highly recommended. We felt very welcome and everything was perfect for us. Very clean, nice big room. Very nice pool and fresh delicious breakfast. We rented a scooter on site. The family is super friendly. I can highly recommend it and will come again.

Location peaceful quiet. Happy environment. Being close to the ocean and having the beach to ourselves. Sweet dogs for us to care. Kitchen fridge and washing machine facilities. Good air-conditioning. The owners family. We will be back.

Everything was great, lovely (very responsive) hosts, beautiful accommodation, with very large bathroom, perfect breakfast. Our children loved the two cats, the dog and the peacock. We only stayed one night, but would have loved to stay a couple more.

The place is just amazing. It is remote (so you need your own means of transport) and very quiet. The pool, the furniture, the personnel (Azanka especially)…everything was perfect.

The most characterful and beautiful place we have stayed in Sri Lanka! Great location inside of the fort which is where most things are to do in Galle! Breakfast was great with delicious juices and the room was very comfortable and clean

Everything! This hotel is an oasis in the heart of Galle Fort. It is absolutely beautiful with antiques and art throughout whilst also feeling very homely and comfortable. It was our last stop on a three week trip and definitely the highlight in terms of accommodation. The pool is perfect for a dip and is surrounded by greenery to keep it cool in the heat of the day. Next to the pool is a beautiful covered area with comfy seating to lounge on when you need a break from Galle Fort and the heat. This is also where breakfast is served at a communal table meaning you often get to meet other guests and share travel stories- everyone we met was lovely! Only 4 rooms so a max of 8 people in total. The rooms are not huge but big enough and a very comfortable bed and again decorated beautifully. The staff are so accommodating. We arrived early and they held our bags and allowed an early check in and also allowed us to stay late on our last day as we had a late flight. Location is perfect. One street back from Peddlars and close to everything. Very safe and friendly area. Today they brought out some bread so we could feed the monkeys in the courtyard trees and they came and ate from our hands! Breakfast was delicious and fantastic service.
