KPL homes is located on the hill on the opposite of the Railway station, which makes it an ideal choice if you have to catch the morning train like we did. It is also a very quiet area, away from the hustle city of the city. The garden makes the place so relaxing and calm and you can also enjoy the view of the hills. The owner was very helpful and communicative! We definitely recommend the place!

We had a lovely time here, we stayed in order to hike Adam's Peak and it couldn't have been easier. A tuktuk was arranged to arrive perfectly on time, we had breakfast waiting when we arrived back and the dinner the night before was excellent too! Highly recommend, the hosting was fantastic.

The best stay in Maskeliya. If you are visiting Maskeliya don't even think of booking any other property. The rooms have a great lake and Adam's Peak view. You can spend endless time watching the lake. The staff is humble. Food was good and homemade, however price needs adjustment. Ample space for parking.
