Excellent value for money, friendly staff, the quiet beach location of Habaraduwa. Breakfast is the same every day, but good. There are several cafes along the beach. 1 minute walk to the beach. The room was clean.

Ashan and his family went way beyond expectations to make this stay magical. sri lankan breakfast every day where they cook delicious local dishes for us to try. the house is so beautiful, quiet, homey. the surroundings are super peaceful yet not too far from the beach. We rented a car so this was perfect. if you don't have a car, maybe a bit annoying to have to call tuk tuks all the time. The yoga place nearby is amazing. the nature around is beautiful, this stay could not have been better. I was working from the house and the wifi was very strong, and there was a table with a chair in the room so it was also easy to work.

The architecture of the house and property was amazing, beautiful clean rooms. The outdoor bathroom and especially the shower were fabulous. Beds were comfortable and breakfast tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The owners take care to make the guests feel welcome and are very helpful with local advice. The location is fantastic for surfers: two great surf spots are only a 2-minute walk away. The rooms are no-frills but spacious and clean and the garden area is a great spot to hang out. Guests can join the family-style dinners, a perfect option if you would like to meet the other guests.

I like the peace and quietness. And the nature. Lots of wild animals. Like squirrels monkeys and birds. Rooms are so spacious. Everything is clean. Close to the beach restaurant and shops. There is aircon in the room and big fan on the ceiling if u dont like a cold aircon.

We got an upgrade to a room with a view. BEAUTIFUL! Amazing stay, room is clean and has all you need for your stay. Bed is amazing. Soaps and such. Breakfast is basic but enough to get you started. Location is amazing, close to main street and all shops,5 minutes from beach. Staff is wonderful. Smiling and helpful
