It's very quiet, in front of tea plantations, and comfortable. The host is very friendly and the dinner and breakfast are delicious!!!!! It's a 15min tuk tuk drive from the train station. Definitely reccommend 🙂

Great location, close to the entrance of Adams Peak. The room is clean and comfortable with the hot shower. The view of the balcony is stunning, I can seat here for few hours. This has been one of our favourite places to stay! It was so clean and so comfortable. The location was great - It was walking distance from the train station (up a hill, but we didn't mind that - you could get a tuktuk otherwise), and town (literally a few min walk down the hill to the shops), and there was a great restaurant opposite too. There is a beautiful garden which has amazing views overlooking the hills - we loved sitting out and just chilling in the garden. The rooms were large, spotless and really comfortable. We slept very well. There's also free tea, coffee, biscuits and drinking water, and full use of the kitchen. The host was really helpful too - he put us in touch with a tuktuk driver so we could get to Adams peak to hike it for sunrise. Overall, we loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at the Vegetable Garden House. It was a beautiful house and our room was very nice and tidy. The hosts were very kind and we enjoyed delicious home cooked meals made by the family with some veges from thee garden. It was also very close to Adams Peak, we were able to easily walk there the morning of our hike.

Everything was perfect. Very well located if you want to climb Adam’s peak at sunrise, but I’d also recommend this place for more days, just to relax and explore the surroundings. The owner is very kind and informative. The breakfast is DELICIOUS

Very friendly host.He would help with local planning,trips and tips..There are at least 4 tea lplantations nearby,one of them allows visitors it is Dunkeld tea factory..The highlight is Gartmore waterfall where You can swim at the very top of the fall. Easy ride by tuktuk.

The location is easily accessible from the main road and parking is available. The view is exceptionally beautiful. The family room we booked is spacious, clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and host and the staff were friendly and helpfull and did the maximum to make our stay enjoyable.Surely they know what they are to do. Meals were delicious. The hospitality we received is best. Definitely worth the money spent. Would visit again.

Great location to discover the waterfalls in the area and Adam's peak. From Hatton it's easy to reach by bus (every 30 minutes). Nice family run guesthouse with basic rooms, good food, great view, everything you need. Great value for little money.
