This place has everything you could wish for, the views are amazing, the breakfast was delicious everyday and it's just walking distance from coconut hill. We loved this stay more than any other we've visited in sri lanka and we really hope to come back. Both scooter rental and laundry service is just in the area. Thank you so much for the stay!

The locality is pure perfection! One minute to the beach and you can see the Coconut hill from the room. Nearby (minute by walk) is a spa centrum where you can be treated by massage. The owners were nice :) we did a yoga session with a Slovak lady who blessed our day and we are co grateful we met her, See you soon!

Everything was perfect! The hosting family is lovely! The breakfasts were the best always fresh and tasty fruits. Every day in the afternoon we got some extra snacks the lady prepared it for us out of kindness. We used the laundry service as well the price was very good and our clothes smelled so nice.

Excellent location close to the city and beach, but also very quiet. We arrived just when the poya cellebration took place and we almost hear a sound from the city. The house is in the beautiful garden with many trees and flowers. Owners are so nice and helpful! They arrange a scooter for us for fair price and breakfast was always really tasty and various. We appreciated A/C in the room and possibility of hot shower (but we didnt use it, it was sooo hot weather 😁). They also borrowed us a playing cards, that was awesome, because we forget them at home. Thank you so much for a nice stay, if we come back, we will stay in this homestay again, felt like home!

Absolutely everything. The room was big, comfy and with very few mosquitoes (and there’s a mosquito net). The fan is working perfectly and there’s hot water in the shower. The wifi is fast and ideal to do a bit of work. There’s a kitchen which is cleaned every morning (and it’s good cause some guests have 0 clue how to live in a community..) It’s away from the main road so super quiet at night, and the host is very nice and accommodating. It’s very close to some restaurants and shops and 8 min from the main road.

What a lovely place! Bird House is located close to the beach, yet in a very quiet area surrounded by nature. The decoration is a huge plus. Ishan, our host, is the embodiment of Sri Lankan hospitality. He was attentive, helpful and very kind. I am so glad we could extend our stay! I would definitely recommend Bird House:)

The stay was very clean and Kumudhu was amazing. We had a great breakfast as well. Would definitely recommend if someone is looking for a stay near Coconut Tree Hill. They arranged reasonable Tuk tuks as well for visiting nearby places.

The place is small but the view is just breathtaking.The owner Lenard was so kind and always smiling and helping us. It's also very close from secret beach. We enjoyed the stay there.

This was our third stay at Sethun house. It is situated on a quiet road within a few mins walk to the beach or town centre. Great location.This is run by a lovely, very welcoming family. Comfortable bed; hot shower; fridge outside the room and 2 balconies to use in the room we stayed in. Very nice breakfasts too..excellent value for money. We would recommend it and will hopefully stay again.
