What a lovely warm welcome. Dunisha not only runs a wonderfully positioned hotel (right beside a river with wild monkeys passing through each morning) but he cooks too! The food he made for us was personalised, creative and delicious. Very delicious! Our room was very comfortable and anything we wanted he was happy to provide. If we passed through the area again, we'd definitely stay there. Very affordable accommodation and cheap but exceptional dinner. Great value for money!

It was the best homestay / hostel on our trip. Everything was available. Kitchen, terasse, dining area, big rooms, very good and affordable food. Hosts were amazingly friendly and helpful. Would always come back and stay much longer next time!

The villa was beyond expectation! The manager was so lovely, prepared a wonderful candle lit dinner for us, and a wonderful breakfast! Made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Our room was lovely and clean. I think it’s location is great, a short way from Kandy city centre so it’s no noisy, but still easy to get to the city with a tuktuk. Walking distance to the botanical garden which was great! The nicest property we have stayed in, in SriLanka!

The hosts were generous and courteous and extraordinarily helpful. I have arrived pretty early and went to have a nap strstraightaway. When I woke up they have prepared a lovely lunch. Some other days too they have arranged wonderful dinner for me. They offered me traditional Sri Lankan Avrudu sweets with tea as well. The hosts have gone an extra mile to keep the guest happy and safe, gave me free lifts several occasions. Thank you guys. You are just amazing. The room was super spacious, with aircon and ensuite bathroom with hot shower facilities. In reality I was given the opportunity to utilize the entire apartment on my stay. The place was super cool with no disturbing noices or interferences.
