Has everything needed to enjoy some days in the mountains. Great hospitality and location. We opted to have dinner all nights, and it was always super delicious and fairly priced. Definitely recommend.

The host Said was amazing and very welcoming. It was an extraordinary and authentic experience, we felt like being invited into Said's home. He offered making traditional dinner for us and we had the best tajine of our entire trip. Thank you so much, Said!

A wonderful place to stay with a view from the terrace - Toubkal stands in the center of the panorama. Very tasty dinner and breakfast (you have to book in advance for an additional fee, because there is no place to eat around). The lady working here is very nice but doesn't speak English (not a big problem). The property is very clean and cozy. My room was very warm - a big plus on cold evenings and mornings. Wifi works fine. The location is not very far from the main road but quiet. Near the Atlas Kasbah Lodge you will find a hiking trail to another valley and villages beyond the mountain.

Our stay at Tonaroz House was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea and felt instantly at home. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and caring, ensuring that we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The location is perfect, offering peaceful surroundings and breathtaking scenery, making it an ideal base for hiking and exploring the Atlas Mountains. The atmosphere was calm and authentic, far removed from anything touristy, allowing us to truly immerse ourselves in the beauty of the region. The food was excellent—dinner was delicious and reasonably priced, while breakfast was fresh, hearty, and the perfect way to start the day. Every meal felt homemade with love. One of the true highlights for us was the resident cats, Gaga and Sofinia. They were so friendly and affectionate, making the stay even more special. Even though the evenings were chilly, we were provided with plenty of blankets, and it actually added to the charm of the experience. The entire place was spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained—we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Between my partner and I, we’ve stayed in countless hotels and accommodations around the world, and we can honestly say that Tonaroz House is one of the best places we’ve ever experienced. If you’re looking for authentic Berber hospitality, stunning landscapes, and a peaceful retreat, this is the place. We wholeheartedly recommend it and would return in a heartbeat! 10/10 – an absolutely magical stay. 🏔️✨

An authentic Moroccan experience. Friendly and helpful owner of the lodge who recommended walks and talked to us about life in this part of the Atlas mountains. Homecooked meals in the evenings. Amazing views from our room.
