A very beautiful and clean hotel with a warm, down-to-earth atmosphere. The staff were truly lovely and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable – especially Bouchra and Lamia, who made everything perfect. The rooms are stylish and cozy, and overall, this hotel is an incredible value – honestly, it feels underpriced for the quality and service you get. I made the mistake of splitting my stay in Marrakech between two hotels, and the difference was night and day. Le Rubis Oriental is easily ten times better than the hotel I switched to – and both were at the same price point. I genuinely regret not staying here the whole time.

Such a beautiful place stunning rooms and lounge areas and staff that make you feel at home , outside the city and in a very quiet area so perfect of you want peace and relaxation in between visits to the hectic but fun marrakech centre , Mouad made me feel extremely welcome helped me out arranging drivers to the city centre and back making sure everything was OK with my stay and I was looked after even when away from the hotel not overpaying for taxis and buying souvenirs etc . Excellent value for money beautiful room comfortable and most amazing views from my rooms balcony of the Atlas mountains 10/10 for the property and staff the famous Arabic hospitality at its best

Fantastic : the first QUIET place we slept in in Marrakech, luxurious, very clean, very kind and helpfull staff.... just one thing to know : if you don't have a car, you need a taxi to go to Marrakech (20€) ; as for us (we stayed there one complete day), we enjoyed the place without going outside because we were tired because of the previous days ;)

- Management and staff do their utmost to help you. - Great hotel chambers. - Quality local food from own kitchen. Made from basic ingredients. ('basic' used here in the most positive way) - Calm environment away from the busy streets of Marrakech/Medina. - Good communication with their Transport Touristique team. You will pay a bit more compared to a local 'petit' or 'grand' Taxi. (still cheaper than eg Canarias). But you will not have endless discussions on pricing/compteur. You will feel safe. They are on time/reliable day and night.
