Super clean, comfy and amazing location.

I'll definitely stay here again and again. The apartment was so clean and modern. The host was so help and quick to respond to messages giving you every detail you need. After checkout I asked if I could use the garden and she obliged and told me to stay till when I was leaving and also have me a place to leave my luggage. I'll highly recommend this apartment

Building is away from a busy road and therefore peaceful which we like. Birdsong very nice as plenty of trees around with very good views of the Bay of Kotor . We enjoyed watching the cruise ships arriving and departing. We use buses so it is convenient for bus stops both directions, which are just down the short lane from the accommodation. There is a small shop within 10 minutes walking along the idyllic beach front. There are a few supermarkets en route to Kotor itself so no need to go into Kotor where it can be very busy with traffic and tourists. Alexander, the host, was efficient in telling us information about the buses and amenities in the surrounding area. The apartment we had for 4 nights was stylish, spacious and we were able to cook on the hob. We didn't use the dishwasher as the sink area is adequate. We walked to St George church about a mile away or so. We also caught a Blueline bus to Perast which is very picturesque but can be heavy with tourists, just like Kotor, so choose your time! It all depends what type of holiday you want, although lying on a beach sunbathing and swimming is obviously a delight here at certain times of the year. There are boat trips, walking possibilities and scenic sightseeing in this area. The village is called Orahovac which is a charming, quiet - through road traffic notwithstanding - an unassuming place which stands in stark contrast to the surging tourist crowds of Kotor town and Perast ( mainly from the cruise ships that dock in the Bay every day) so it depends on what you want from a holiday on the Bay of Kotor.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Big terrace with a beautiful view. Not far from the city center and beach. The apartment was modern and nicely finished with new appliances and furniture. The owner was very kind and helpful.

Great accomodation. Everything was clean, the facilities were good, and we were happy to have our own balcony. Also as we were traveling by car, having a big parking right in front of the house was even better. We had the host’s restaurant nearby (just a few steps below) and the sea as well. As for the distance to Kotor’s center, it took us only 40 mins to get there on walk.

A cozy and comfortable place, the best location for those who want to stay in the old town. A room with designer renovation and interesting solutions. Very clean. Kind and friendly hostess. We recommend.

Despite the amazing apartment and view a big appreciating also goes to the owners! Nadja is absolutely charming person, very polite and helpful. She organized all the transfers for us, gave information about what’s around, our check out was at 11 am but we were leaving later so she let us leave our stuff in there and allowed to stay at the pool while waiting, she also treated us with a homemade cake the first day🥰 The apartment itself is very clean and it has everything for a long time stay like dishes, cups, cutlery, pans, washing machine, etc. Recommend this beautiful place!!
