The location is amazing. The hotel and the staff are great. Everything was very new and clean. Breakfast was very nice.

The best possible location in Marsaxlokk. Balconies and a sun terrace with a view over the harbour are definite assets. Generous breakfast with both buffet and eggs-as-you-like-it options is another reason to choose this place. Last but not least, Michael, the owner, is what gives this guesthouse a 10/10 rate. Friendly, helpful, happy to recommend restaurants or excursions - and he personally takes care of the guests at breakfast.

The place was amazing - very fresh and clean, looked like new. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious (+ good coffee). On Sunday morning there was a market on the street as you stepped outside, and we liked the idea. Just a couple of minute walk away are St Paul's catacombs.

Location was central. Nice little balcony and complete kitchenette. You can cook and make coffee which was great. It also has a lift and no need yo carry luggage via stairs

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent and easily accessible, with a bus stop right in front of the building. The room was beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. There are plenty of dining options nearby, so it was very convenient. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure everything was perfect during our stay. I highly recommend visiting this accomodation, it’s a fantastic place to stay!

The room was quite big, loved that we had a little balcony and that there were wash cloths and shower caps in the bathroom. Perfect location by a little park, only 2 minutes walk to Mdina gate but also close to everything Rabat has to offer. There was also a convenient car park nearby. Owner was very quick to respond to messages when I had questions.

Breakfast was very good. There were options to select for breakfast including Malta traditional tastes as well. Location was very good also for both view and to walk around. Staff of Boco Boutique was also very nice and helpful about everything. Thanks to Tony especially for being a very helpful and kind host :) If we are going to visit Malta again, definitely we can stay here again.
