The hosts have been generous with advice and experience support, while also kind and active involved in making us comfortable at all times. They proactively provided catering for our nutritional requirements and we really appreciated the dinner together with a lively community experience, very tasty and inclusive. In general the guesthouse offered a good welcoming environment, the rooms especially were spotless clean. We loved all the pets! All the cats and dogs are super well behaved and quiet and we enjoyed their cuddles.

I had such a great stay here, everything was just perfect. The apartment was clean, cozy and exactly what I needed. The hosts were incredibly kind and genuinely helpful with anything I needed, which made the whole experience even better. I traveled solo as a woman and felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. Would happily stay here again!

LOCATION: Plenty of shops and restaurants were a short walk away, with the beach also being very close, the area looks a bit run down but it is very safe so don't hesitate to walk around even at night. I hired a scooter on my trip which is very easy to do either independently or through the residence, which made everything just a short hop away. Free parking is also available. ROOM: The bedding and room amenities were all sufficient and reasonable. I was very impressed with the shower and bathroom facilities, having done a lot of travel throughout Asia it felt like luxury here. RESIDENCE: It was very quiet during my stay, I saw very few other guests but even if it was busier I still think the energy and the vibes would be fantastic. I enjoyed how each floor had a small lounge area, which was excellent when I had to check out and wait around two hours before leaving for the airport. Each floor has a balcony overlooking the area as well which I enjoyed, especially for photos or just wanting some fresh air.

Really good location, close to Le Morne beach and mountain. Lagonn Island with a beach is also very close. The west side of the island where you can watch the sunset. Very friendly and lovely hosts who prepared great tasty food. The owners of the house will treat you like their own.

a lovely little spot in Curepipe. We stayed for 2 nights and did some trips from there :) it’s on the 2nd floor and feels very safe to be there. The host is so kind and gave us great tips. The breakfast in the room was very nice too. YouTube channel on the tv was a great touch.

It was nice to stay in a residential area, with a beautiful view of the mountain. The grounds for the Guesthouse are very leafy and it does feel like you are in the rainforest almost. Breakfast was nice and generous, we really enjoyed it each day and it was a good chance to meet the other guests from around the world out on the beautiful veranda. The pool is excellent with nice sun loungers and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and we had plenty of towels.

Cody is a great host that will provide you will optimal assistance. The team as a whole is very friendly, helpful and attentive. Le Gite is located in a peaceful area with lots of greeneries in its surroundings. The guest house has great facilities and services. We had a great experience at Le Gite du Bonheur and we recommend.
